Agreements

 

Agreements are instruments signed by the IBERO to strengthen the core activities of the University and shall contribute to achieve the institutional, academic and incidence development goals.

The Agreements Office is in charge of advising and supporting the different academic and research units to manage the academic agreements signed by the University, considering at all times, the compliance of the applicable policies and guidelines, as well as the Codes of Ethics and Conduct that regulate the activities of the institution.

 

Requirements

 
1.- APPLICATION
Physical or digital document approved by the Director of the Academic Unit Agreements Guidelines*, Appendix 1**. Send application to: patricia.garciac@ibero.mx
Renewals. Agreements Guidelines*, Appendix 2***, previous delivery of a results report and analysis, which may be renewed if necessary. Send application to patricia.garciac@ibero.mx
2.- AFFILIATION BACKGROUND
Provide basic information or briefing of previous actions carried out with the institution you want to collaborate with
3.- OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION
Legal Entities:
  1. Article of Incorporation
  2. Notarized Powers of Attorney of Legal Representative
  3. Official ID of the Representative
  4. Proof of Residence
  5. RFC (Mexican Tax ID No.)
  6. Banking Data, if applicable
Individuals:
  1. School Certificate
  2. Official ID
  3. Proof of Residence
  4. RFC (Mexican Tax ID No.)
4.- OVERALL INFORMATION
Purpose of the agreement; Specific commitments of each party; Activities Schedule; Financial Agreements, Budget Line, if applicable. All of the above must be strictly aligned and every action to be carried out shall be scheduled within the duration period.
5.- TIMELINE
Based on the guidelines in force, the average time for processing a document is 30 calendar days, and all activities to be performed shall be scheduled within the duration period.
