hi, im also a student from BERO, i wanted to share you the info i have available;

the address of the apartment is: laguna de mayran 218, anahuac, DF
the apartment will be shared with a total of 5 people.
i have a shared bedroom ( for 2) with a rent fee of $4,800 pesos a month ( for each person)
i have 2 single rooms available for $ 5,800 pesos a month each ( that includes services and a lady that will do the cleaning in common areas once a week)

the building has 24hr surveillance, pool and a small gym.
we ask for one month safe deposit and a minimum stay of 6 months.
the apartment will be available starting January 19th or 20th.

polanco is a safe neighborhood, you can find one of the best shopping malls in the city, bars, nightclubs, markets etc etc.
the IBERObus picks up students in this neighborhood, you will need to check the routes if you would like to use this service.
